What is our shipping policy?
We ship our slimes all around the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery to the UK & Europe usually takes around 3-5 days after processing time. Delivery to the USA/Canada/Mexico usually takes 5-8 days after processing time. Delivery elsewhere usually takes 8-12 days after processing time.
What is your current processing time?
Our current processing time to get your order shipped out is 3 days. However we usually aim to ship orders out the day after purchase when possible.
Do you offer tracking?
Unfortunately we do not offer tracking to keep shipping prices as low as possible. This may be something we introduce in the future.
What shipping service do you use?
Royal Mail. We have found that it is the most reliable service and we have had very few problems with them.
My items were damaged or missing. What do i do?
Very rarely packages can get damaged during shipment as they travel the world. We do not have control over this but please contact us at: email@example.com with photos of the damaged items and we will sort it out for you. If something is missing please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with information on what is missing.
My shipping address is incorrect!
We can change your address easily if your order has not been shipped, just email us at email@example.com with the updated info. However if your order has been shipped there is nothing we can do.
Do you offer returns or cancellation?
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns. We do not offer cancellations and all orders are final.
When do you restock new slimes?
We restock every Saturday at 1pm EST, 6pm UK time. Please see on our Instagram @SlimeGlitterz for any updates or date changes.
